The Somatics Evaluation is a 90 minute consultation and evaluation process. This process includes:

• A complete medical intake

  • Prior medical history

  • Medications

  • Current concerns

  • Goals

  • Interests

• A plan

  • Suggested interventions and frequency

• A home exercise program

• A treatment of your choice with whatever time remains following intake/evaluation.
