Hello! Welcome to the transformative world of holistic healing guided by Dr. Alexandra (Alex) Feldman, a multifaceted somatic practitioner with a rich tapestry of qualifications and expertise. As a distinguished Doctor of Occupational Therapy, Dr. Alex seamlessly integrates her deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology into her practice, fostering a holistic approach to well-being. With a background as a skilled massage therapist, yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner, she artfully blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques to create a harmonious experience for her clients. Additionally, Dr. Alex earned a clinical certification in cognitive behavioral therapy, bringing a nuanced understanding of the mind-body connection to her sessions. She also earned her certification in lymphedema therapy and has completed continuing education in pelvic floor rehabilitation with Herman and Wallace. She has also feen certified in functional dry needling with Evidence In Motion. Using these unique skills, Dr. Alex addresses physical and emotional imbalances, empowering individuals on their journey to optimal health. Dr. Alex is dedicated to guiding clients toward self-discovery, healing, and a renewed sense of vitality through an integrated and compassionate approach to somatic wellness.
